Privacy Policy

We don't collect any personal information. CounterPro has no accounts, no logins, no sign-ups, and no analytics.

• No accounts: The app does not require you to register or sign in.
• On-device only: Your counters and saved profiles are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. They never leave your device through us.
• No analytics: We do not track how you use the app, and we do not send any usage data to any server.
• No sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties, because we don't have any of your data in the first place.

CounterPro is free, and the app displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob is operated by Google and collects some data on its own in order to serve and measure ads. We do not receive this data, but you should know what AdMob may collect:

• Device identifiers (such as the iOS Advertising Identifier, if you've allowed it)
• IP address and general location derived from it
• Information about your interactions with ads (impressions, clicks)
• Basic device and app information (device type, OS version, app version)

Google uses this information to serve relevant ads and to measure ad performance. For full details, see Google's policies:

Your choices

When you first open the app, iOS will ask whether CounterPro may track you across apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). You can say no, and we'll respect that choice — AdMob will still show ads, but they will be non-personalized.

You can also limit ad tracking at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising and Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

CounterPro is not directed at children under the age of 13. Consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Because ads are served by Google AdMob, some ad-related data may be collected by Google as described above. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has used the app in a way that resulted in data being collected, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.

Since we don't collect or store any of your data on our side, there are no servers of ours for an attacker to break into.

• Your counters and profiles live on your device, inside the app's iOS sandbox.
• They benefit from the standard protections Apple provides for iOS apps, including the device passcode and Face ID / Touch ID on devices that have it enabled.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we change how the app works. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll try to make that clear in the app or on this page.
